     At Summit Homeschool Academy, we believe in providing a collaborative education that prepares students for a successful future. Our homeschool enrichment includes collaboratively teaching Math and English with parents, curriculum and Teachers Guides, training and pacing guides. 

What we don't provide: In homeschool, parents are the primary educators. Parents provide additional courses that we do not teach to complete a full education. They also provide grades. Suggested courses include science, history, literature, art, music, foreign language, etc. 

     Our highly qualified teachers, small class sizes, parent training, and classical curriculum are designed so that that families are well-equipped and supported in classically educating their child. As an academic collaborative, we teach 2 lessons a week and you teach 2-3 lessons a week in English and Math.  

We provide:

• All curriculum
• 4 or 5 day a week Pacing Guide
• Parent Training
• Teaching your student 2-3 lessons a week in math and reading at home + other classes to complete a whole education. (Additional classes available through a partner program)
• First and last day of school, a structure to your school year
• Friends and special celebrations
• Homeschool Community and Events (Fall Festival, Winter Showcase, Christmas parties, Valentines day parties, Talent Show, etc.)

You provide:

• Teaching your student 2-3 lessons a week in math and reading at home + other classes to complete a whole education.
• Math manipulatives and other supplies that you use at home.
• Official Record-keeping (we are not an umbrella school)
• Investing time in to learning how to use the curriculum
• Directing your child's education
• Making sure your students arrive prepared and on-time with: completed at-home work, water bottle, sack lunch, pencil, notebook and textbooks
